Salvages sacks and bagging used as covering for raw stock
fiber: Removes adhering stock fiebrs from sacks and bagging by
hand. Places bagging in sacks or folds and stacks bagging for
reuse. May straighten and place metal tie bands in bundles. May
dip tie bands in paint for reuse.
